Do I have to be in for delivery?
Most definitely yes! Please ensure someone will be available during working hours to take delivery of your canvas. This will save you and us having to chase your parcel!

Please make sure you check your parcel to ensure it is in 100% perfect condition before signing for it as we cannot accept responsibility for missing/damaged items if you do not bring this to the attention of the delivery person.

Can I specify a morning or afternoon delivery?
Unfortunately this is not currently possible.

What will the finish be like?
All our canvases come on a thick 5cm solid wood frame. The image is applied so that it wraps over the frame.

How do I hang my canvas?
Our skilled framers provide a sturdy hanging mechanism on the reverse side of our canvases, which means you can place your canvas on the wall without having to add any additional fittings to it.

Will the colours match the image shown on your website galleries?
Please note that it is not possible for colour inks reproduced onto canvas (i.e. colours viewed by reflected light) to match exactly colours viewed on a computer screen (i.e. colours viewed by transmitted light). You should take this into account when considering the images presented on this website's galleries. In addition to the variations caused by the different viewing methods there may be variations in colour caused by the ink and substrate being manufactured at different times and colour may also vary depending on the model, type and age of a computer monitor. Image Palette do, however, make every effort to match colours as closely as possible taking into account the limitations described. If colour matching is critical to you then you should request a sampler first.

How light-fast will a print be?
We use superior pigment inks on a high quality cotton substrate which should last for at least 60 years with minimal fading when kept away from direct sunlight.

What kind of printing process is used to generate the artwork?
Our artwork is produced using a wide format inkjet printer, which can print artwork at almost any length imaginable.

How do I care for my canvas?
Other than the occasional dust with a dry lint-free cloth your canvas does not require any special attention. Important - you should not use a damp cloth or any kind of liquid cleaners on your canvas. We recommend that you hang your canvas away from direct sunlight.

How will canvases be packaged for delivery?
Firstly our canvases are bubble wrapped. Following this, a layer of protective corrugated cardboard is added to the packaging. Then finally, everything is wrapped in brown paper. Our courier will then deliver it your designated address.

Can canvases be delivered outside the UK?
Canvases can be delivered anywhere in the world. If you require delivery outside the UK please complete our order form and we will provide specific delivery charges to your country.
