Order a canvas or a portrait session ...

It is easy to place a canvas order with us - simply browse through our galleries and click the 'Order' link below the canvas of your choice. Next, select the size you require and click the appropriate 'Add to basket' button, then follow the step by step instructions to finalise your order.

If you would prefer your canvas to be a different size to those we offer (i.e. square, long and narrow or tall and thin), send your request via the Contact us form.

Ordering a portrait session from us is easy too - simply click here to contact us with your enquiry, and follow the instructions within the e-mail message that is automatically generated. We'll do all the rest!

Before placing your order you may wish to review our order process and delivery information.

The order process
When you place an order it will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your funds have transferred to our account please allow an additional 14 working days for the creation and delivery of your canvas.

All goods remain the property of Image Palette until paid for in full.

Delivery
Please ensure someone will be available during working hours to take delivery of your canvas. This will save you and us having to chase your parcel!

Please make sure you check your parcel to ensure it is in 100% perfect condition before signing for it as we cannot accept responsibility for missing/damaged items if you do not bring this to the attention of the delivery person.
