The pages of this website are prepared and issued in the United Kingdom. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure the information on this website is accurate, current and complies with the relevant United Kingdom legislation and regulations. No liability can be accepted for any losses or damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise) arising out of errors or omissions contained in this website. Further, no warranty is given that the website shall be available on an uninterrupted basis, and no liability can be accepted in respect of losses or damages arising out of such unavailability. Also, no liability will be accepted in respect of losses or damages arising out of changes made to the content of this website by unauthorized third parties.

Access to and use of this website is at the user's own risk and there can be no guarantee that the use of this website or any material downloaded from it will not cause damage to any property, including but not limited to loss of data or computer virus infection.

This website may contain links to other websites which are hosted and maintained by third parties. You link to such websites at your own risk, and no representations are made regarding the content of any such website. No liability will be accepted for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of such third party websites.

'Cookies' may be sent to your computer to assist your navigation of this website. No personal data is obtained from your computer by such actions. Personal information can only be obtained by you personally sending such information via the server. You may choose to disallow cookies via your browser but this website may not work properly as a result.

The pages of this website (which includes the screens displaying the pages and the information and material contained therein) are governed by copyright law. Reproduction in any form of any part of the contents of this website without prior written consent is prohibited unless for private, non-commercial viewing purposes.

2. Operation of the Service

3. Payment and delivery
Image Palette prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these prices without notice. Image Palette does not operate a credit facility. All orders for products need to be paid for in advance via PayPal. Payment may also be made by cheque or postal order - if you wish to use this method of payment please contact us for further details. When placing an order via PayPal, Image Palette can only ship to the cardholder's address or the PayPal member's verified address.

When you place an order it will be confirmed by e-mail. Please allow 14 working days for the creation and delivery of your canvas. If you order high resolution files from us these will be sent to you on CD-ROM by normal first class post.

4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your order at any time up until we arrange delivery of your canvas. Any funds which have been transferred to us will then be returned to you.

If your canvas is not printed correctly or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will then instruct you to return it to us within seven working days for a reprint and we will refund your postage.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your canvas or high resolution files please contact us in the first instance by e-mail. We will fully refund goods returned to us within seven working days, however you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returning the goods to us and for the adequate packaging of the item. Goods dispatched for exchange will also incur additional shipping charges.

Image Palette do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Image Palette will not be liable for any consequential loss.

Any goods being returned from outside the EU must be clearly marked 'British Returned Goods'. We are unable to accept any responsibility for customs import duties and charges.

5. Colour matching
Please note that it is not possible for colour inks reproduced onto canvas (i.e. colours viewed by reflected light) to match exactly colours viewed on a computer screen (i.e. colours viewed by transmitted light). You should take this into account when considering the images presented in this website's galleries. In addition to the variations caused by the different viewing methods there may be variations in colour caused by the ink and substrate being manufactured at different times and colour may also vary depending on the model, type and age of a computer monitor. Image Palette do, however, make every effort to match colours as closely as possible taking into account the limitations described. If colour matching is critical to you then you should request a sampler first.

6. Privacy
Image Palette has a firm commitment to safeguarding your privacy. Please review Image Palette's Privacy policy. The terms of Image Palette's Privacy policy are incorporated into, and considered part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property rights
All brands, logos and service names used on this website identifying and relating to Image Palette are considered valuable intellectual property and are protected by law in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the European Union. .

Any attempt to copy intellectual property (including our bespoke colour match image concept) contained on this website or in our off- line printed brochures and publicity material is theft and we will rigorously pursue our rights under the Law.

8. Copyright
Image Palette is, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright and database rights in the Service and its contents. You may not publish, distribute, extract and edit, repurpose or reproduce any such contents in any material form (including photocopying or storing into any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use license set out in this copyright notice below.

Images ordered from this site reproduced onto canvas are for personal use and display in private homes or commercial premises only. These canvases may not be reproduced and subsequently published in any other media without first purchasing an additional license.

Low resolution images by Image Palette may be downloaded for personal use only as desktop wallpaper or for layout purposes prior to purchasing a license for a high resolution version.

All commercial or 'for profit' use, including use on websites and educational use of content by Image Palette is subject to copyright law and a appropriate fee must be paid to the copyright holder. Fees for commercial use are negotiable on an individual basis, and discounts may be available. Please contact Image Palette to discuss.

Copyright violators will be contacted and asked to comply with the Law. In certain circumstances legal steps may be taken to enforce copyright.
